I have solid experience mainly built in 22 years working for a Multinational Company in Strategy & Planning and in the Commercial and Customer Management areas with relevant skills in the Key Account Management methodology, as well as in Marketing, Category and Product Portfolio strategy, within the B2B, B2B2C and the B2C business. Selling Value to the Customer and Selling Sustainability are additional competences.

I apply transformative coaching to support people in setting goals, in deciding how to achieve them, choosing the most suitable action plan.
How? Helping them to discover or rediscover their valuable resources, needed to face change. Being at their side helps them becoming what they want to be.
All this is achieved through trust, goals and actions, support, and autonomy.
The intellectual honesty of a professional consists in accepting as clients only those who are really convinced that they want to sincerely commit themselves and are willing to embrace change.
